clause in shared parenting order?

  Hi,just one quick question.Ex and i are considering shared parenting in which i would be considered primary residential parent,she would be secondary residential parent.We live in ohio,here's  the question.
   Can a clause be put in to the agreement to keep us from continually going back to court to fight over custody?Im afraid she'll agree to this now while her case isn't going so well,but come back later to try and get custody again.She's got a rich boyfriend and im about broke.Thanks for your time.

No matter what you put in the custody orders, if the other parent can show a substantial change in circumstances affecting the child's best interests, then that parent can get a new custody hearing.

You cannot bargain away the child's rights or the state's interests in the child's welfare.
