If CP is uncooperative

Socrateaser, it seems like unless the CP is the type that will bash my sons' head with a hammer, modifying custody is almost impossible.

If the CP has proven to be extremely difficult to deal with (promising more visitation but withdrawing the promise once I met her conditions), favoring one child over the other, neglecting child's medical condition (making the excuse that she's not a doctor), what can I do to modify custody? You may recall that I was awarded joint legal/joint physical but she gained full custody through "superior strategy" (actually I call it evil strategy).

Until such time as you can demonstrate to the court's satifaction that the child is failing to thrive or that the custodial parent is affirmatively acting against the child's interests, you are wasting your time with a modification.
