My ex and I take turns claiming the children on our tax returns. It's writen into the custody order. Because the economic incentive plan happened to fall on claims from 2007, and that's her year to claim the kids, does she get to keep all of the money for the kids?

but I'd say yes.
Then stop and think -- it's probably $300.
Is that worth fighting for in the long run????
I personally think it falls under pick and choose....
