Yes. From the post screen, lok at the top and click on "Linker".

The Link maker will need some minor mods before it's really useable here because this script automatically turns any URL into a link, like this:

http://www.deltabravo.net/linkmaker/

We'll add an option for using it here as soon as we can get to it.
