having trouble registering for chat

I sign in alright with my chat username, but when they give me the link to click on to for my password, it's a blank screen.
Therefore I can't get my password, and can't get inot chat...help:(

I can't remember if I had to disable my pop-up stopper when I registered or not ... if you have pop-up stopper you might try disabling it as you will need to do so in order to geet into the chat room as well.

Just a thought.
