I just found this site today after hitting another emotional low point and searching the net. To be brief I'm a father of 3 little ones 5-boy,2 &1/2-girl , and a 18 mo. boy. I just can't get over the fact that they are no living with me. I only get them every other weekend well at least the two oldest as the ex won't let me take my youngest overnight. I go spend 2 hours every thurs. with them dinner and the park and I get to see them all then. It's not enough, I need help coping with the loss. I miss it all bath time, bed time stories, all of it. we have been separated since last Oct. I know I'll never get over it but I at least thought it would get a little easier.

Anyone know of any support groups near me?
