I owe 40k in back child support. Im in Mississippi. Me and the ex had a nasty relationship. Our daughter is now 19 and the ex has gone to dhs and hit me with this 40k . 18 years ago she told me that she doesnt want a dime from me. I always thoughts she would do this. Yes I was a fool to believe her. How far back can she go on this.? Ive paid it down to 30k so far.
