In ILL do they look at both wages, BM makes $22/hr, I make $9/hr? Barely make enough to pay bills and eat myself.

Ick.  Illinois CS laws are horrible.  At this time it is a straight percentage based on the number of children.  There isn't even accounting for how much time the children spend with each parent.  If you have one child it's 20%.
