I am starting a new thread because the other one is getting so out of hand it is impossible to keep up with.
My sugesstion:
Have you sister get herself CLEAN, and STAY CLEAN.
Has your sister taken her ex back to court to get a modification of custody? IF she is CLEAN.
In that court she can bring to light the childrens situation. No judge in their collective right mind will leave a child in a molesters hands. She can also ask for a RO (restraining order) she will of course have to prove her alligations.
I personally would want the children away from a child molester, and I do not think the children will prosper with a drug addict.
