My husband has actual physical joint custody of his children. One week w/us the next w/mom, etc. He bought oldest her car and mom couldn't help but could afford boob job. We pay medical insurance, half of prescrptions, school clothes, half of prom, half of everything. Up until (09-03) both were w/us every other week. Oldest(18) decided she didn't want to stay with us.(too strict, she had to go to church on Sundays) She doesn;t spend any time with dad. Christmas Eve she stayed the night. ( she is in 12th grade)we still pay support on her. Even though she hasn't spent any quality time w/her dad. The youngest rides the bus to our house every school day. My question is ... do we have to pay on 18 yr old that refuses to see dad and since we have actual pyhsical custody do we have to pay support? thanks, rl
