14. If my wife and I have the same blood type, is it possible for our children to have another blood type?
Absolutely. For example, if the mother is blood type 'A' and the father is blood type 'B', the child could be blood type 'A', 'B', 'AB', or 'O'. If the mother is blood type 'B' and the father is blood type 'B', the child could be blood type 'B' or 'O'. The table below shows the possible combinations.
