SPARC Law & Litigation FAQ

40. Can I get a restraining order on my wife's boyfriend at my marital home? He's there when I pick up my kids in the morning.
You may apply for a restraining order if he has threatened you or intimidated you in some way. Do NOT apply for a restraining order just to make things difficult for him or your ex. Seek a restraining order only if you have a valid reason to do so.
