SPARC Divorce FAQ

49. My ex is applying for loan and insists she needs proof that I'm paying child support (which I am). Do I have anthing to do with her loan?
No. It is not your responsibility to provide any documentation to the loan company. It is her responsibility to provide the proof of her income, whatever the source(s). She may obtain documentation from the Support Enforcment Office if the loan company requires it, but you need not do anything.
