Failure of Reasonable EffortsX
Sexual AbuseX
Abuse/Neglect or Loss of Rights of Another ChildX
Failure to Maintain ContactX
Failure to Provide SupportX
Failure to Establish PaternityX
Child Judged in Need of Services/DependentX
Child's Best InterestX
Child in care 15 of 22 months (or less)X
Felony assault of child or siblingX
Murder/Manslaughter of sibling childX
Other Grounds• Parental identity unknown
• Child returned home and removed again
• Voluntary relinquishment

Note: "Failure to Maintain Contact" and "Failure to Provide Support" are considered to be a part of "abandonment". By themselves they may not be sufficient grounds for termination.
