Thousands of people visit the SPARC site every day, and many of them have an immediate need to retain legal counsel or the professional services. In fact, one of the single most frequently asked question on the SPARC Message Boards is "Where can I find an attorney in my area...?"

Since one of SPARC's goals is to connect fathers and mothers in need with qualified Legal Representation, we provide attorneys and other professionals with the opportunity to offer their services through our site. A listing in the Professional Directory puts your name in front of thousands of potential clients, any of who may retain you or refer others to you.

A listing in the SPARC Professional Directory is only $12 per month- just one referral will pay for the cost of a listing many times over. We're certain you'll find the SPARC Professional Directory to be a valuable and cost-effective source of referrals for your law practice. In addition, listings are restricted as to the number of attorneys or other professionals per State- this means a greater likelihood that clients will contact you and your firm. Your listing won't be competing with 500 others.

If you would like to be listed in the SPARC Professional Directory, follow these steps:

1) Fill in the Contact Information form. This is required information; without this your listing cannot be processed. If you have a Website or E-mail address, please include it as well. We will provide links in your listing to make it easy for referred clients to contact you.

2)Write A Short Description Of Your Services. (One paragraph maximum.) This could include areas of specialization, membership in the AAML, or any other information you would like potential clients to see. This text is optional and is not required to obtain a listing.

4) Select Listing Type

The cost of a listing in the SPARC Professional Directory is $144.00 per year, billed annually. The cost for listings in additional States is $5.00 per month. Additional listings for partners in the same firm or practice is $5.00 per month.

First Name On A Page: Go to your State's page- if there are no listings yet, you may obtain a listing for that page at an additional 10% discount.

If paying in advance for more than one year, the additional years may be discounted at 10% off of the regular listing price.

6) Verify your contact information is correct, then press the 'Send Information' button.
Your listing will appear within 2 business days from the time funds are received, and email will be sent to you indicating that the listing is active. (Notice will be sent via U.S Mail if no e-mail address is available.) Your listing will run for one year from the date it is first posted in the Directory, and you will receive a renewal notification prior to the listing's expiration date.
Please Note: The cost of your listing may be tax-deductible as an "advertising expense". Consult your tax advisor for more information on deductibility. Please note that all listing fees are billed annually, not monthly. Entries may be edited to conform to the listing guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse any listing we do not feel is appropriate. Either you or SPARC may terminate the listing at any time. In the event SPARC terminates the listing before the end-of-service date, remaining funds will be returned on a pro-rated basis. Listings will be automatically renewed each year. If you don't want auto-renewal, please indicate so within 30 days prior to the current listing's expiration date.
