Support Termination by State

Termination of Child Support and Support Beyond Majority. This table, compiled by Laura W. Morgan, summarizes the Child Support Guidelines on a State-by-State basis.

Some guidelines have been revised since compilation, but most are substantially the same. You can also access your State's statute information from the State Resources page.
